About the author

Roy Campbell-Moore is a former professional dancer and choreographer who spent decades working with highly trained bodies, followed by years of building a full and active life beyond the stage.

In his mid-fifties he underwent a quadruple heart bypass. Later, he was diagnosed as prediabetic. These moments prompted a period of steady adjustment — learning which habits mattered most and how small, consistent decisions could make his health a priority.

Just Say No grew out of that process. It reflects a humorous approach focused on facts and behaviours that are simple yet give joy to daily living.

Today, in his mid-70s, Roy rides motorbikes around the world with his wife, Ann, keeps moving, and aims to stay healthy, happy, and upright for as long as possible.

That’s his plan.
